I bought Ad Agency a while ago, but I am trying to start using it now, and I keep getting the following when I try to add new banners.

Any idea what causes this? My site is on Joomla 3.10

    With the current version of Ad Agency, pls use PHP 7.x. I guess that error due to the PHP 8 you're using.

    We're updating Ad Agency new version so it can work with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.

      I am using PHP 8, but I am still on Joomla 3. Haven't made the switch yet. Are you updating the Joomla 3 version too?

      I rolled back to PHP 7.4, but I am still getting an error when I try to go to the profile page from the dashboard. See attachment.

      Also, I have packages set up in the backend, but they don't show up on the frontend.

      Right now, this component is useless, because I can't offer advertising to anyone, since it doesn't work.

      Please advise how to fix this ASAP.

        Could you share the URL of that profile page that I can see the error?

        You have to login to the frontend as a superuser to see this, since it wasn't working, haven't made it public yet.

        Also, can you tell me why there are no packages here: https://www.thefencepedia.com/my-adagency-packages/adagencyPackages

        You can see I have created them in the backend, but they're not appearing on the frontend.

          Another frontend problem: the Reports page looks weird. Is it supposed to have this random header?

          It due to this plugin: Plugins: User - Usergroup Selector

          It seems to be a 3rd party extension on your site, right? as Joomla default doesn't have this plugin.

          I just temporarily disabled this plugin and above page works normally.

          Thanks. I have removed it, but I do need to have different user groups at registration, so I am going to use Membership Pro. I hope that will work.

          Also, the page screenshot above is still a problem, and my packages still are not showing up on the frontend. They're published in the backend though.

          Currently, it's still Beta version, we do hope the new version will be ready early next month. It totally depends on testing and bug fixes.
