Google clickable elements too close together

Hi, I am trying to get Google to index my website pages, but Google is telling me that the website, based on the JA Kids Corner template, is not mobile friendly. With this error: clickable elements too close together and content wider than screen. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
