Articles Category module shows huge intro images

The category use the blockk Magazine Layout. The blog layout in this section has item setting thumbnail image with Media ratio "Normal" not 1:1 (see screenshot). And that is, why there are four articles with little intro images above the Category module. Is there a chance to edit the global style (where?) to display always the intro images in default?

OK, did I get you right? The Articles Category modul inherits the global style from blockk template and therefore the images display fully in that section. Then, could you please help to change this?

E.g. to customize style for Articles Category module that way that it looks like in the Article - Latest Module, with little thumbnails. If that´s not easy, maybe it is possible to change global style, so the default style use the intro image.

Unfortunately the JA Content Listing module can not do the same as the joomla standard module. With Articles Category module it is possible to use dynamic mode. It will dynamically display the list of matching articles, if existing, within the apropriate Category accordingly. As far as I can see, it is not possible to do that with JA Content Listing module.

Could you tell me the module name? I will take a look because normally, it often takes the intro image to show

Intro image would be OK, but with media ratio "Normal", not Ratio 1:1. That seems to be the blockk layout setting, that fits with intro images.
It is the Dynamic Articles - Category (Module ID 126). Currently it is assigned to two categories

I think this setting is in JA Content Listing module, Article Category module doesn't have this setting for image.

So, if I would have to use JA Content Listing Module instead: I downloaded JA Content Listing Module together with Blockk Template. In this download section I can only find the JA Content Listing Module Version 1.2.2. Joomla shows an update to JA Content Listing Module 1.2.3, but cannot install it. And in joomlart extensions download section I get an error, that claims, I would need an active subsciption.

Is this a bug? I hope, an active template subsription will be enough to use the current version? Otherwise I could not use both, joomla standard module and also JA Content Listing Module without another subscription. You can't be serious...

In your above screenshot you tried to download JA Content Listing module from Extensions section, which your account does not have access to so it didn't work. You need to have either JAEC membership or Developer membership to access the Extensions section..
The version to use with JA Blockk template is JA Content Listing module 1.2.2 as provided at JA Blockk download page . Please try to get it from there.

Oh, sorry, we didn´t know that. That´s different to other template frameworks we use. That means, several joomlart templates use not the current version of JA Content Listing Module? And as long, as there is no new version in JA Blockk download page, we have to ignore the Joomla Update messages? And there would be no information, if or when there is a new JA Content Listing Module version on JA Blockk download page?

Yes it's recommended to use the version of extension we include at the JA Blockk template only as it been tested with the template officially. You can ignore the update message for now.
