Blog layout problem

Hi,
I was using JA Rent for J3, then migrated to J4.

Since from the start there was a problem with the Blog layout (category blog or main article blog, both with problem):
The layout does not fit when using more than single column and different sizes of intro images (or much or few intro text).
Then there are empty spots where should be an article.
Looks bad.

How can I avoid these gaps - how to make a fluent three colums blog layout?
