What license should I buy?

Hi, I don't know which license to choose. For my work, I would like to use access to the templates, but also to the T4 Page builder. But since I'm just getting started with the websites, I don't want to get a developer license.
Is there a license that has both of these features together or will I be forced to purchase JA PRO and T4 Builder PRO, two products?

In your case you should purchase JA PRO & T4 Builder Pro licenses.
JA PRO gives access to all templates while T4 Builder Pro gives access to T4 Builder full version.
