I tried to create 4 different module positions for JA Flix template styles.
I managed to do so except at "home style", where footnav-1 and footnav-2 simply do not appear on the set of options.

Nope.
As I mentioned above, footnav-1 and footnav-2 only appears at all other styles but NOT at "home style", which is the "ja_flix-Padrão" theme.
The screenshot you took is from "ja_flix-Padrão (2)". This one responds accordingly.
Please take a look at "ja_flix-Padrão", where you will find this odd issue.

I got your point, I guess when you built the layout, you had modules assigned to positions like footnav-1, footnav-4... but at this moment, there is no module assigned to these positions so this position doesn't appear in the position list so you can select.
You can assign module to these positions, it will show correctly.

I found a way around. The only thing is that the template dos not allow me to change module position name from "footer" to "footnav-1"...
No idea why...
But no problem: it works now!
