DT Donate: "Security header is not valid"

I recently helped a customer change their PayPal connection from PayPal Standard to PayPal Pro (per a previous JoomlaArt forum post regarding DT Register - see https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/42025-paypal-registrations-not-recording-in-records/7).

We made the change after the last event of the year, but those settings are now being used for a DT Donate campaign.

The first thing we noticed is that the campaign shows the payment info on the page instead of redirecting to PayPal. Believing this the way PayPal Pro worked, I tested it in test mode with a generated PayPal credit card number and got the message, "Security header is not valid".

I went back to live mode and asked the customer to test with a $5 donation - he got the same error.

Does JA Payment work with the current version of DT Donate? Will we have the same issue when we try DT Register next year?

Meanwhile, are you able to recommend a fix for this issue now? Should I install the version of JA Payment that you placed in the forum topic at https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/43148-dt-register-deletes-record-when-editing?

Hi Ernie,

You can backup your site first and then try with version.

If the issue still persists, you can tell me the campaign that I can replicate the issue, I will take a look.

I installed the ja_payment.zip file from the other forum discussion and it did not work in Test mode - I received the same exact error (following a CAPTCHA error).

"Security header is not valid".

There is only one campaign: it's Operation Santa 2022.
