Since August 16, 2022 I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a solution from your technical support for a problem with a navigation menu of a JoomlaBamboo template not working correctly.
Saguaros from the support forum initially left my problem unaddressed and unanswered for three months. On November 27, 2022, I asked what was going on. In response, he told me he would discuss the problem with a developer the next day. However, he has not given me an answer to this day.
After paying my license fees regularly in the last years and receiving almost no software updates for the JoomlaBamboo templates I use in return, I am now extremely annoyed with JoomlArt because not even the technical support is working!!!!
My license with JoomlArt expires in a few days. I will definitely never renew or purchase a license from JoomlArt again if my problem is not solved after all.
