Contact Page Not Playing Nice

I had the contact page set to display the dropdown list for readers to choose who should receive their email based on registered users to the site. But that stopped working recently. So I decided to make it just send to one person at City Hall, Ashley Weems. I made the Contact Us page into a contact form for a single user. Now when you go there all you see is her name, no form, no submit button, nothing else. Screenshot attached.

I'm creating a new contact form in RSForm Pro, but I really want the contact page to work from Joomla. Please look at this and tell me if it can be fixed. Thanks!

I've got it working now. However, if there is a way to go to the following page without having to go first through xxx to get there

First you have to to Staff is the page where you choose the recipient of the contact. When the recipient image is selected, then the information page opens for [that recipient](https://). If you want to select another recipient, you have to go backpage to get back to the page of all recipients. I thought there should be a drop-down list where the recipient was chosen, and general contact information like office address, phone etc., was always there, and then the page would repopulate each time the recipient was changed.

I can live with this, but it would be nice to have to only go to one link, not 2 or 3.
