Where in Joomla 4 can I find extensions to install the template ONLY

How to install the template ONLY. I do not want need the quickstart as I am upgrading an existing website and I do NOT want to overwrite existing modules, settings, etc. I just need to get the template installed in Joomla 4. I am very versed in Joomla 3, I can't seem to find anything in Joomla 4. Like extensions where are they????

If you already have existing website, you can simply go to download section of this template: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-edenite-ii

and download template package + T3 system plugin and install into your site
