Hello!

How do I change the orange color of the subnav menu in JA Directory?

It's defined via CSS, you can override with this custom CSS:

.t3-subnav {
    background: #fe6945 !important;
}

change to your desired color and put this code into the file: root/templates/ja_directory/css/custom.css (Create this file if it doesn't exist now)
