Try our main credentials updated above and maybe it's server related (new 1and1.com shared host) and our server is running really slow.

It's weird as I still can't access with it now:

saguaros 1and1.com checked our shared hosting server and reset our FTP credentials as updated and shown above.

I was already able to login using the new password, and please note 1and1.com tech support mentioned that SFTP and Port 22 were both very important, but figured we already covered these options.

saguaros Crap...I guess we'll live with the problem and makes no since why 1and1.com isn't allowing you in.

Maybe I can just hack the code and hide the Information link at the top so it won't show on any page.

Try to backup this file on your site: root/templates/ja_tour/acm/features-intro/tmpl/style-2.php

and replace with attached file (unzip first)

style-2php.zip

PS - I figured out our server problem...Joomla corrupted on our side with the website pulling information from two different directories (local). Weird, but I'm presently migrating the whole website to a completely different host to fix our backup and migration corruption.
