T3: Code inserted into Custom Code before HEAD not visible on frontend

Code I insert into Custom Code before HEAD in T3 with J4 isn't visible in the code on the frontend?
Any advice how to get this working?

I checked the custom code section in template but nothing filled there. Could you add again?

I had to hardcode the content to get it to work.

I changed the order of T3 plugin under Plugins manager and the custom code should be fine now.

I added sample code and it shows normally on frontend.
