K2 to com_content plugin not working

I purchased the extension plan just for the K2 migration plugin, but unfortunately it is not working. I have followed the directions outlined in your help article, but nothing happens. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Update: I discovered that the issue was several orphaned K2 tags (tags without a title.) If you're having a similar issue please pay attention to any messages you receive. The issue was an oversight on my part.

I just tried this extension as well and it isn't working for me either I get the following but nothing imports in:
