My groups, groups listed twice for some users

On the "My Groups" page. I have a user who says that her groups are listed twice. Please help.

Thanks for the info, I tried to view a group: /index.php/groups/viewgroup/43-peloton but did not see duplicated issue there.

Could you tell me more details?

It's on the "My Groups" page. I have that on the home button when you're logged in. You'll see duplicate listings of the same group.

It's happening to specific users. I put the user credentials for Beth in the FTP section of the ticket.

I could not replicate this issue at my end.

I guess you removed her and readded her? If not, it may be one of the admins here. In any case, the group only appears once now. So that's good. Would you say that the solution is to remove that user from the group and put them back in the group if this happens again?

ourblok11 If this issue doesn't happen to other users, pls try this solution as we can't replicate the same issue at my end now 🙂
