Problems with template (updates not working, impossible to set up, missing menu)

I have a problem with the template.

can't update (via JA Extension Manager - it offers me the new version, but the attempt to update ends with error 500). Other updates work correctly.
can't change any settings in template (e.g. graphic logo, always stays original, if I overwrite text logo, it stays original))
for some reason my menu on mobile devices disappeared

Is it possible to check please?

Let me check at my end and see how it goes. If you want to update now, take. BACKUP of your site and download the template package + install directly to your site
A weird issue, does it happen after you update something on your site?
You need to have module assigned to 'off-canvas' position, I just updated for you and you should see the off-canvas menu on mobile now.

I've backed up the site. I downloaded the template package and tried to install it. Unfortunately neither way works (standard install via extension update, manual zip upload, doesn't work via JA Extension Manager (error 500)).
Other extension updates work for me.
Menu - thanks, this was my mistake.

But it's because no changes in the template works for me. I save the changes, the changes are not saved. Can e.g. try on Site name changes.

When I select the Amstrad category, I get a 502 Bad Gateway error, even though this category contains articles.

martin3 I meant that you can download template package and manually install to your site via Joomla installer, not update 🙂

For the issue of not saving settings, you can share the FTP account, I will investigate further.

Yes, I tried Joomla Installer. It doesn't work, I see errors.

Isn't FF Explorer, which I have installed, enough for you? FTP is disabled on my server.

Could you share the login info to your hosting? I will try to upload files and see how it goes.

I tried to install the same package 2.0.3 version of JA Blockk but it worked

Problem with template update - solved:

chown -R www-data:www-data ja_blockk

The error was in the file owner. (: I have now correctly upgraded.

Now I have only two problems:

When I hover over Home in the main menu, a big white square appears.
And Category News - Amstrad - I get a 502 Bad Gateway error, even though this category contains articles.
