After a successful switching to Joomla 4, toolbar buttons were not working in "templates details and files" section. This was related with only T3 templates.

This solution is worked for me.

Copy files from;
public_html/layouts/joomla/toolbar

to
public_html/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/layouts/joomla/toolbar

I hope this will be useful.

    netusta Could you share screenshot of that toolbar? as things look normally at my end in Joomla 4.

      There is no problem after a clean install of Joomla 4.x.

      After upgrading from Joomla 3.x to Joomla 4.x this process is necessary.
