T4 Framework Passing NULL values to strtolower and str_replace is depreciated

Installing Joomla 4.2.6 (with T4) on local test site, PHP error messages appear which indicate, on PHP 8.1, you can no longer pass a null value to various PHP functions; specifically to T4 str_replace and strtolower.
