I tried that and it fricked up the administrator panel as shown in the last message. I backed it up and set it up in a testing environment so I didn't mess it up. You can see the result here - https://prairieorchidmedia.com/Crickle_Creek/administrator/

I just tested all of the details in Filezilla and they worked correctly.

The FTP seems not to point to correct folder of site 'prairieorchidmedia.com/Crickle_Creek/'

I mean the ftp you sent above post, I can login with that ftp account but it's pointing to wrong folder, not folder of your current website. Kindly check again.

As I checked and debugged your backup site on my local server, the issue caused by joomla core. So first thing you backup your site then access Administrator > System > Update > Joomla, update to Joomla! 4.2.8. The issue will be resolved.
