I am returning back to Joomla and Jomsocial after many years away. I have looked through the backend but is there a way to make the profile urls like https://mysite.com/username? If I recall many years ago there was some tweaks I could make but just can't seem to locate it. Thanks for your time and help!!

Jomsocial offers option so that you can change the profile name in the URL under Profile >> Preferences:

Interesting and useful, but can this be done on a server wide basis rather than getting each individual to change their profile URL???? That would be a better idea and easier all round don't you think?
