E-Mail Adress aleady exsits error

Hi,

I have the following Problem if some users use Iphone to register it say sometime the Mailadress aleady exsits in the System but the email dont exits aleady in the System.

I tried then register on PC with the same Mailadress this works perfect

What can be the Problem

I just used my iPhone to register and it worked normally, you can see the testja account.
