You can contact your hosting provider for help to increase this PHP Memory limit value.

For the warning in com_content, as you can see that it indicates the warnings from core file of Joomla, you can set Error Reporting to None in Global configuration as this warnings will not affect functions on your site.

saguaros no they said its not is responsabilty it concern the software on the server, memory is at 1024m i cannot do more,

Is this happening only on specific articles? If so, what happens if you disable those articles? Do the errors still occur when you change template? As per above, this looks to come from a core Joomla component so the error will almost certainly still remain.

About performance, i don't think it's related to my modification. I only add the fix to file error.php that only load when your site got crash, and it does not affect to home page.
