Upgrade to Joomla4 failed

Hi, After several attempts to upgrade my website to Joomla4 I always get the same error:
Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Pagination\Pagination::get()
The backend works.
I guess the problem is the template (or one of its plugins) but I honestly I don't know what to do.
Template and plugins are updated.
Any idea?

Could you share the URL and login info of that Joomla 4 site? as the provided site is still in Joomla 3 now.
