Menu items disappeared on main menu display

I have been trying to get the Main Menu to work correctly, but I'm having a lot of problems. For instance, I created a header called Policies and Procedures, then moved four articles under this parent. Rebuild the menu. Checked "Display Menu Item Title" and "Display in Menu" were on. I did discover if I shortened the first item's title, then all of the items under the heading disappeared.

I tried to set it up as a mega menu, but that didn't work with this style used for the menu on the lefthand side of the page.

I need to know what I'm doing wrong, so I don't continue to be frustrated while I'm working on it.

Sometimes the submenu items line up correctly, but mostly they kept moving down the page.

I moved it up higher so I could work with the menu. Wherever the parent menu item is in the list, that is the same place where the submenu items appear, and eventually the menu items lower on the list, don't open anything because they fall below the page.

I moved Policies & Procedures lower on the list of menu items, just now, and try to go to the submenu items. Going from the submenu items back to the top level menu items is impossible unless you do a page refresh. Not everyone knows the logo will do that, so I don't try to rely on it. Test it now.

patvandenbosche It seems to be issue in T4, I'm checking with T4 team on this.

I tried this in Opera, and it works, but it fails in Chrome. However, there is still no way to get back to the previous menu.

Seems it wasn't tested very well before it was offered online.
