Hello - it looks as if the items listed under "More News" are not controlled by a module. Where do I go to change the number of items to be displayed and customise what is shown.

Is this a menu, module and something else?

    They are featured articles shown by the 'Home' menu item settings on your site, you can change the settings of this menu item as you wish.
