hello. Since our server is maintained in house and it is our live website, we are not allowed to open FTP.. Will it be possible for you to send the files with instructions of what to replace where instead please?
You can backup this file: /templates/gk_university/html/com_finder/search/default_results.php
and update with this attached file (unzip first)
