Can't create filter

I Installed the Megafilter (and Content-Plugin) but I can't create any filter.

When I click "New" I can select "Content" and than everythink I want, but when i click save it just reloads the page. And brings me to the first select ("Content").

Even with "show all errors" in Joomla I don't get a error message or something helpfull.
Cron-Job is created and working.

We found the solution. Because of many used extra fields (₃₀₀) we had to change our php.ini to "max_input_vars = 3000"
