GoogleAnalytics is NOT showing any hits for our website

Hello -- Thanks for your help with our website so far. Now I still have few thing left, and one of them is GooglAnalytics is not showing any data being captured.

What did we do so far.

Plugins: System - Google Analytics with gtag.js -- Installed this extension/plugin
Put our Google tag in the options section of this plug in.

Is there anything more to do here. Please help.

It seems to be a third party extension, not our extension. You should contact its provider for help on this.

saguaros I am not very inclined to use the extension that I have now, is there any extension that you suggest from Joomlart that I can make Google analytics work?

We often add the GA code into the custom code of template. If you want to use a 3rd party extension, pls search for a suitable one in JED: https://extensions.joomla.org/
