The Story Module at mainbody top postion not getting displayed correctly

Kindly update as per the screenshot the module published in mainbody top position is not visible correctly

Marquee Text scroll is not getting displayed even if we hide this module it is not working - the gap reduce badly kindly provide the fix

why there is no reply so long
