A few questions for things I can't solve myself:

I want to set the submenu to have 3 columns. Is this possible in megamanu? I see that it has a 3 row option, but I don't see that it can have 3 columns? This is the menu item "planinarske ture"
The first featured article on the front page does not have a link in the title. Category and author does not have a link too.
How can I change "Have any Question? feel free to contact with us." on contact page? Why did the right sidebar go below the contact form?
On this link: https://planinarenje.ba/v2/360/o-projektu-planinarenje-ba-360 , Ja Masthead module goes over content and sidebar.
I want to align the blog articles horizontally, because when they have titles of different lengths, there is a shift. See attached image

Yes, you can configure the column for sub-menu via Megamenu config under Navigation setting in template, pls check this guideline for how to work with megamenu:
