K2 Content migration: You have not configured Sync profile

Hi guys,

I followed this installation guide:
https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-plugins/k2-to-com-content-migration-plugin#installation

But as soon as I want to start converting the K2 content I always get this error message:

You have not configured Sync profile, please update it here with a link to 'Content > Article Manager > Options -> K2 Import'

But all the information under 'Content > Article Manager > Options -> K2 Import' has already been entered and saved.

What could be the problem?

schmoe So could you temporarily disable that import tool to work with JA K2 migration tool first?

schmoe If the K2 Import Tool is activated, it is not possible to save changes under System -> Configuration -> Posts.

I thought you meant other 3rd party extension on your site - a component.

Could you try to increase this PHP value: ** max_input_vars** to 5000?

You can change it via server side, you may ask your hosting for help.

We increased the value accordingly to 5000, but unfortunately no change.
The problem is still there.

It's still 2000 now on your site, it looks like you have override for this directive, could you check again?
