GK Creativity warnings with PHP 8.1

Hi,
I just moved to Joomla 4. I got several errors with PHP 8.1.
The template I use is GK Creativity.

I do not have the messages with Joomla 3 under PHP 8.1.

Is it possible to get a correction?

I have attached screenshots to show you the errors.

I hope you will correct them.

You can backup these files:

/template/gk_creativity/html/mod_custom/default.php
/template/gk_creativity/html/layouts/chromes/gk_style.php
/template/gk_creativity/html/layouts/chromes/xhtml.php

and update with attached file (unzip first)
