Now appears Simplicity logo instead customer logo. What happen?

Now web appears diferent, my customer and we haven't changed anything

At the moment, the theme is not compatible with the Visual composer plugin.

With Visual Builder disabled we can't acces to Simplicity Theme Options

We restore a backup now web is working. Version 1.2.0 doesn't work fine with or without visual builder.
Can we order a refund?

I have tried accessing your site with the account you provided but it's not working. I think you have changed the password or removed it.

NOTE: I think the theme conflicts with the WordPress core. You can try to reupdate the WordPress or override the wp-admin & wp-include folder via FTP.
