No submenu on Megamenu

I have been preparing the Ja Tour temple for about 10 days because I want to replace the old Ja_Obelisk. Now I just did it on this link: https://planinarenje.ba/360/o-projektu-planinarenje-ba-360
I have a problem with Megamenu because it won't show the submenu
It only happens when I open an article. If the blog category is open, then the menu works normally https://planinarenje.ba/planinarske-ture/visocica

Kindly check 3rd party extension on your site, this issue happens when you enable JS compression in template settings. The script from that 3rd party extension may not work properly when compressed.

I temporarily disabled this JS compression and the menu is working fine now.
