Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I wrote to you to get your support, that is, I expect you to make the necessary changes, not pass the necessary work on to me or others.
If you are technical support I expect you to solve technical problems by doing what is needed. That's why I pay for support.
I would also like to point out that the problem arose years ago, you had already committed to solving the bug and it never happened. After the update to Joomla 4 the fix made by you was overwritten and having never solved it in a structural way the problem returns. Once I report the bug, I find myself back to square one six months after reporting it.
I don't think this can be defined as support. You have done nothing.
If a change is necessary you just have to make it. If you expect me to get my hands on the code the bug will remain there forever and I will change components taking care to stay away from your defective products and your fake support.
To date, the search page sucks on desktop, where there aren't even icons, and it's absurd on mobile.
The situation seems truly unsustainable to me
