Right sidebar moves below the article

When I open the article, the right sidebar moves below the article and the article is the entire width of the screen.

Sometimes after refreshing the page everything is ok, but mostly this problem is present

I didn't solve it. The problem happens mostly on Chrome and Edge browser. Sometimes the Sidebar loads correctly for me too, but mostly it's under the content. If the sidebar loads correctly after a refresh, it always goes below

I don't have Edge browser but with Chrome, it always shows the sidebar on the right side.

You can make a test by disabling the default editor in global configuration + removing each content block in article and see how it goes. When the sidebar was pushed down the content, it often due to the wrong mockup of the content of that page.

I tried everything but the problem is still there. Basically I came to this conclusion:

When F5 is clicked, the page is loaded with the sidebar below
When I click ctrl+F5 the page loads correctly
if F5 is clicked again, the page is loaded with the sidebar below
I tried clearing the cache and browsing data in the browser, but it didn't help

The problem was in the old Google ad under each article.
