Addthis code doesn't work

Hi,

I have enabled social sharing in my blog layout. However, when I replace the addthis-code that comes with the template with my own one in the General settings tab, the social buttons don't show anymore.

Pleas can you advise, what I am doing wrong?

On which page you want to show Addthis icons? could you share your account in Addthis.com website? I will check for you.

Hi Saguaros,

I want to show the social icons in all com_content articles, e.g. under www.evkg-albbruck.de/aktuell. However, when I replace the pre-filled addthis code in the Template's general settings with my own code, the buttons disappear on all pages.

As I can see that the social icons are showing on the left side now of article on your site:

yes, they are currently showing. However, the code used in the template settings is the one that was already there when I installed the template. As soon as I replace this code with my own, the buttons disappear.

I added a new tool in AddThis.com website and embedded the generated script into template custom code section
