Forms without content

I'm preparing a real estate site and I used the property template. I'm having trouble viewing the forms on the homepage.

I can't figure out why when I installed the template the contents were visible, as you save the form with the changes it doesn't work anymore.
Furthermore, if I enable .htaccess the menus no longer work and some properties that had been deleted remain active, I can't understand why they are still present, while the new ones are not.

these are the differences between your demo site and the one I'm setting up. But the absurd thing is that they are standard joomla modules and the articles on the home page are not displayed. Furthermore, as I told you in the previous post, in the REAL ESTATE section your articles are displayed which I have canceled and I don't understand where they are acquired from.

There seems also JS conflict on your site now, do you have any 3rd party extension installed? pls try to disable it first and see how it goes.

I have tried your installation with both Joomla 4 and Joomla 3 and the result is always the same. I don't do anything, I don't install anything but your standard installation, I go to the module and even if I just save the title change, it doesn't make the tabs appear anymore. The same happens if I make a new module. I also tried to change the php version, using 7 instead of 8, but the result doesn't change. I also think there is a JS conflict but how can I get rid of it?
Then there are things I can't figure out, like the presence of canceled properties and links to pages that don't work. With the other sites on the server I have no problems.

Do you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site? Pls try to temporarily disable it.

I don't know if I managed to explain myself in the previous post. I said I took your Property distribution complete with examples and installed that. I haven't done any other additions of extensions or anything else, simply if I go into the module and save without doing anything, even keeping the text editor off, the module no longer works.
It's not possible that I've been asking for help for more than a week and you don't answer for a week, you tell me to ask the forum and I get these answers, I'm not happy with your service.

the only extension that was in the package, not yours, was Acymail which I uninstalled. Then I also updated Joomla and the behavior is still the same. Among other things, if you use php 8.1 alerts come out.
