    With JA Builder, you can edit page only, it doesn't support a block as module in this case.

      İThe content is my cover, but how can I publish it as a module or in a module position? is it possible?

            The block you created via JA Builder will show up in the main content part of a page - the 'component' block as your screenshot.

            So if you want it displays fully, you need to customize the layout of current template to have a new layout with 'component' block only.
