JA login forgot options doesn't work

Hi, i'm having trouble using some core joomla features like forgot password or username. It seems that the pages are somehow missing.

Another thing i would like to ask, is there a way to add more (optional) fields in the registration form, so that the admins can see those fields in the system email they receive in order to activate a new user?

You can simply create menu items for Forgot Password / user name so the links can work fine.

About registration form, JA Platon uses the default form of Joomla, if you want to add some custom fields, I suggest you find a 3rd party extension which supports this custom registration form.
