Teline V articles showing EXPIRED even though no expiration date given

While using the Teline V template almost all of our articles have an EXPIRED tag at the end. I just added a bit to the CSS to display:none it but is there a different way to get rid of this? None of the articles should be expired as none have a Finish Publishing date.

Could you share the URL of page where I can see this 'expired' label?

And share me the super admin account as well so I can check and fix this issue for you.

Are you using latest version of JA Teline V template?

If the problem still persists with latest version on your site, you can share the URL of that page + super admin account so I can check.

saguaros Sorry been offline due to other commitments. The site is in development on my laptop, so not on the web. Using Teline -v-_2.0.3 version of the template. Thanks for the reply.

I had a big struggle to get a clean upgrade to Joomla 4.3, from 4.29 but have now overcome those issues.

Unfortunately the 'Expired' error still persists on the website after the upgrade to 4.3 and then after applying the default.php file from Joomla 4.1.5 or 4.1.4 as suggested. These files have 421 lines of code.
Visually the error on the website is:

I have set '_content' table field 'publish_down' to 'NULL' for all articles

If I create a new test article it still shows the article as 'Expired'!

Any thoughts?

The bug is in the Joomla 4.2 version.
Overwrite the administrator/components/com_content/tmpl/articles/default.php file with 4.1.x.

The issue may come from the override in com_content, you can share me the URL of that page and super admin account. I will check for you.

I just upgraded to 4.3.1, the error occurred again, but I overwrote the file and the error disappeared immediately.

If I set the template default for the site to the standard Joomla template Cassiopeia the problem goes away as shown below.

This suggests to me it's an issue with the Teline V template.
The URL for the XAMPP local host page is http://localhost/joomla429art/index.php/about-btm/btm-news
I know that is no use for web access.
I notice some other forum members have reported other Joomlart templates having a similar problem.

papys @saguaros thank you for your time and patience. I have followed the process above: over writing the file with version 4.1.5 and commenting out the section of code. The expired message is now gone.
