The "old" page information is prior your database problems back in Oct 2021, and this information is in our own local database _jabuilder_pages table. So this old information is there and its shoing in the pages normally. BUT we cannot load that local information to your editor, because it seems that it is reading the information only from your databases on https://themepro.com/builder.
1) You don't need to know which information is new and old. The question is how we can get this local information uploaded for editing. We wouldn't want to start going through all your coding to figure it out.
2) will it help you if we deliver our local _jabuilder_pages table's (sql) information to you? Could you perhaps update the information in your database? We can send you the sql backup of the table, but before that, we have to know for sure that all the page information that is created by Joomla and JA Joomla Page component on the pages is from our local database, so we don't overwrite etc..
3) We can edit all new pages that we have made, but not the old. But, it seems to us that even the revisions of newly created pages are not saved locally.
EDIT: Now we cannot edit any JA Joomla Page Builder page with it's editor, because it loads some very old page (Pre Oct 2021) header / footer & color template data into the editor.. in every page! We are now totally stuck with this. Now does the same with both; my old (pre Oct 2021) and newly created JA Joomla Page pages. We have cleared both browser and server caches, but it doesn't help.
4) Do we have to delete all information and files about this editor from the database and server..? And began from start all over..?? :-(
EDIT: We just removed the Builder component and all it's files and database entries. We reinstalled it and after that versioning worked normally. So the problem is probably in indexing etc. BUT we didn't manage to restore our old local data back, e.g. by adding the record to the field of the page, because the editor doesn't load data from the local database. So, the main question is still; How we can get to edit the all information? We think that the only way is that if you add the records to your database so it will read the info from there. Are we right?
5) When you have made those changes after October 2021, have there been any changes regarding the database (MySql) or PHP version requirements..? We still have a few pages that use the older 5.6.40+ PHP version, and we can't make changes to them yet.
PS. And don't ask for credentials when we can't give them. Access to server and Joomla back end is only from a specific IP-address and MAC, and we are not allowed to change it.
