Hi, could somebody explain me how I can set up an multi language menu on the GK Arty template?
I have installed the language switch module and I have prepared my menus in 3 different languages how I did it in other Joomla installations.
In the template style I have chosen the main menu and the pre installed template menu appears. I have tried to add modules with my translated menus but there is no position to choose for the main menue. How could I get it to work ?
GK Arty Tempate - Multi language setup

hillekamp Hi
Like what you did when creating menus / modules for 3 languages, you need to create template style for each language too.
I just duplicated the default template style of GK Arty template to have a new one >> rename it as GK Arty - DE and assign main menu of DE + assign to these menu item pages and you can see the menu is working now.
You can do the same for other languages.
Thank you very much. Now the menus are working in all languages.
I have another small problem:
All images I have selected in the ACM module and in the blog are not showing in the frontend. What is the problem ?
Also I understand there is a folder named override.css for custom css. Can`t activate this folder in the template styles
Hi
As I can see that option for CSS Override is being enabled now in template setting
And for the JA ACM module, only 1 module is active now called 'Neue Bilder' and it's showing now on homepage too.
Did you get it resolved?
Yes the CSS override is working now.
But I still have the problem with the images. There is 1 active ACM module showing on the frontend, but without the selected images. Also when you click on "blog" the images are not showing.
Sorry I just saw that it has to do with the language version. On the english version the images show up on the other language versions not.
It´s like I wrote before: The ACM module is showing the images on the english version but not on the other language versions. Could you have a look what could be the problem ?
Could you try to create separate module for each language respectively?
Ok, I created separate modules for each language, but it´s still the same. The images appear only in the english version. I tried to make new duplications from the english (standard) template style but but there are still no images on these languages.
Let me check and will get back to you.
