Module in any view

Hello to all,
I have been trying for hours now to show a module in the position (topbar r) also in the mobile and tablet view.
Unfortunately, even after searching the forum, I have not found a solution.
What do I have to do?
I am very grateful for any help.

Hi Andreas,

I don't see the 'topbar-r' position now on your site, try going to Layout settings in template >> edit Topbar section and add columns + load 'topbar-r' position there:
