URL Rewriting not working

as you can see on that picture that i turn the url rewriting on, but unfortunately my page become 404 like this

so i turn it off again, i've rename my htaccess.text and also web.config.txt to web.config but nothing happend

can you please check it for me please? thanks

Do you have special rule defined in .htaccess file?

I can't access FTP account of your site so impossible to check this file.

i just look at my .htaccess and there something differen there, thankyouuu it's fix now
