Magazine Layout missing newest article

I have 3 menu headings, all point to 3 different article/ magazine layout and in different category.
The are with the same article detail page layout default-01
This one fail to show the first newest article in its category.

The other two are OK.

Please advice, I would like them not missing the newest articles. Thank you.

I directly fix your issue few days ago. It is actually a weird issue. In Menu > More Programs > Blog Layout setting, normally number of leading articles set default equal 0 and type hidden but in your case is set to 1 so the latest article will not be displayed.
If this issue still happen, you are able to show this field: # Leading Articles and change the config = 0 by replace this file templates/ja_blockk/html/com_content/category/news.xml
