How to show GET IN TOUCH on menu

Hi all,
I can't see in the docs how to get the 'GET IN TOUCH' box to show on the menu.
Could you provide a link to the docs in case I missed it, or explain how to show it please.

Hi Nick,

It's simply a custom HTML module in header-r position:

You change the link to the page you wish:

<a href="index.php?Itemid=136" title="" class="btn btn-outline-dark">Get In Touch</a>

Thanks, but I don't see header-r position in the template layout. Do I have to create it in Mainnav?
