What version of Jomsocial is installed? What version of PHP and MySQL are required. Do I need to update these before the installation of Jomsocial, or is this part of the migration service.
By default we will install the latest version of Jomsocial (v4.8.2) which is compatible with Joomla 4. You just need to make sure that your site has the latest Joomla installed.

How does this migration service work? do you also install the addons I've selected. It appears that not all addons are Jomsocial 4.x compatible. Is Jomsocial 4.x downward compatible with these addons?
We will only install Jomsocial component for your site. You can choose to install the addon yourself later if necessary.
The 17 addons that come with Jomsocial component can be found at this page . They are compatible with the latest Jomsocial version for J4.
Once I've purchased the package can I download jomsocial to my personal development WampServer?
Yes you can download the Jomsocial files and use them at your end.
