Joomla 4.2.8 - Curb Appeal - 0 - Cannot access protected property

Hi, I have just updated my Joomla to 4.2.8 and my webiste with CURB APPEAL died.
Again error:
"0 - Call to a member function get() on null"

It seems it happens each time after update of Joomla.
With tempalate CASIOPEIA the website works ....

It looks like you're using old version of template, could you backup your site and install latest version first?

Well I updaeted from 4.2.7 to 4.2.8 ...not upraded from J3....

So I did as you said and it did not change anything ... well all this problems with J4 start to be anoying...

It seems that there is issue with mod_menu on your site, I updated files in this folder: /modules/mod_menu/tmpl/

OK works now. Should it work with next Joomla upgrade? I am really afraid to make any updates as it costs me everytime with losts of adjustments and each time I need to get back to you for support...

Another issue that was also in previous version of curb appeal:

When I set background of Bottom Row 3 Positions in:

template style (site) > main > layout

the color of background does not change....

For the issue Background Setting, after carefully check I got some notes:

Have to enable Set Your Own Custom Background to start set custom config in section 1 and 2

1st section: Set Your Own Custom Background? > YES:

start use your custom config
element applies: section id=s5_bottom_row3_area1
must enable 1st Set Your Own Custom Background to make the configs apply for the Section 2

2nd section: do the same as 1st section

element applies: div id=s5_bottom_row3_area2 inside section tag
all configs in section 2 will override section 1

Background Image Name: filling the name of an image in the 1st level of the folder: /images. For example: I set an image: 1234_5.png

Take note on your css custom file: templates/curb_appeal/css/custom.css

Hi. Background change worked out. Thanks.

But I have just I updated Joomla from 4.2.8 to 4.2.9. and my webiste died again.

I have now latest tempalate 1.0.6 and it also dies after each update... it should not be like this I suppose. Cassiopeia works ... Curb Appeal does not work ... again error "0 - Call to a member function get() on null"

Could you please do something with this so I do not have to bother you after any next update...?

After debugging, I figured out the reasons. You kindly replace folder templates/curb_appeal/vertex/ from an attachment file below with some other improvements too. I also made some test on your site backup in my local machine and now it works well.
For any next update, you no need to copy or change mod_menu/tmpl anymore.

One little thing ... you left semicolon ";" at the very top of my website. I would delete it ... unfortunately have no idea how...
