Problems with title and meta description of Virtuemart categories.

Within the Virtuemart category meta description and titile have been configured. SEO settings have been enabled.

If I access the Category page both title and meta description are displayed correctly.

However, when I create a menu item dedicated to the specific category - while leaving title and meta description empty - the system no longer retrieves these values from Virtuemart, but cancels them and leaves them empty.

(This does not happen if I do not create the menu item).

Is there any compatibility problem with the template? Is there any way to solve it? Am I doing something wrong?

Basically, the settings for title/meta description of a page will inherit from your settings in its menu item in priority, if you don't set in menu item, it will load from your category settings.

Could you share the URL of that category page (which doesn't work) and super admin account of your site? I will take a look.

That's what I expected too, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

I'm working in localhost. Please, check my screenshots.

As you can see, the title of the page is wrong. I expected it to be "Vendita, Installazione e Assistenza Tende da Sole a Cagliari, Sanluri e Villacidro" and not "Welcome to VenezianeMura".

Note that before creating the menu item, the title was the one set in Virtuemart, correctly.

acorda I can't replicate this issue from my end, could you put your site online so I can check it directly for you?
